Troubleshooting
If you are having difficulty getting connected or have any questions about the wireless network, review the frequently asked questions (FAQ) page before proceeding, as well as trying the following:
- Insure you are in a UITS supported location, select a campus under the Locations Menu above.
- Verify the wireless settings on your adapter with those on the settings page
- Make sure you have typed your NetID and password correctly
